Shipping and Delivery

I need this part tomorrow. Can you ship this item overnight?
Yes, upgrade to UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically take 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Once shipped, tracking information sent to your associated email can take up to 24 hours to update.

If you choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, you will receive them the next or second business day if you order before 2:00pm ET M-F, excluding holidays.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free to customers within the contiguous 48 states. Expedited shipping and shipping outside the contiguous 48 states (Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories) incur a shipping fee based on weight and distance.

Will you ship the part to anywhere in the world? We currently ship to the 50 US states and US territories.

I just got my tracking number and there's no status update!
Try checking again tomorrow. It takes 1 day for the carrier to give a status and delivery date.


Refunds and Returns

What is your return policy and how can I make a return?
  • AM-AutoParts is happy to warranty our parts for 60 days after purchase. Parts must be in new, salable condition.
  • Our warranty will only cover the cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.
  • If a part arrives damaged or is defective, please let us know. We are happy to help you make an exchange or return.

Prices, Payment, and Parts

How do you keep your auto part prices so low?
With an efficient website and low overhead costs, we’re able to provide our customers with aftermarket auto parts at low prices.

Can I pay with a check, money order, or cash? We only accept PayPal Express and all major Credit Cards.

Can you match one of your competitor's prices?
We do not offer any form of price matching. We offer quality parts for some of the lowest prices in the industry.

I need a part for my car that you don't have listed. Can I special order one?
Any parts that we can offer to our customers will be listed on our website. We are always expanding our inventory. Please check back soon if you are unable to locate a specific part.

What do L and R stand for?
L and R stand for left and right. The left and right sides on a vehicle are determined as though you were sitting in the driver's seat. The left is the driver's side, and the right is the passenger's side.
