Part was very generic

First of all your add read "free Shipping" but for people living in Hawaii we're punished for living so far away. I doubt there's much difference in the price to mail it, at least not the 26.00 you charged me. Secondly, when we got the part about, 10 days later, we couldn't tell which side was which as it wasn't marked. Once installed it seems to have worked, so far.
