I Ordered from AM-Autoparts a pair of Wheel Bearing & Hub Assemblies for the front of my 2008 Ford Explorer. Upon driving for the past several months, no problems until the other day I had my “ABS”, “RSC (Roll Stability Control) and an audible chime sounding over and over. The “wrench” light also eventually came on as well on my console. I went to my local Auto Parts store and they ran an OBD diagnostic Check and it displayed “C1145 - Speed Wheel Sensor RF Input Circuit Failure.” The Speed Sensor” from the Right Front Hub Assembly had become defective.

I was very irritated to say the least at the fact that these Wheel Bearing & Hub Assemblies were fairly new and now I have to deal with further repairs and of course the company I purchased them from. I emailed the Service Department at AM-Autoparts and vented my frustration.

Low and behold, “Mark” at AM-Autoparts Customer Service emailed me back directly and threw me for a loop. Mark informed me that the part is still under warranty and a new part was in the process of being shipped to me at no additional cost.

I said threw me for a loop because I just knew that I was going to get the run around like other Auto Parts stores that I will not mention here. I received the new part, replaced it, and the trouble codes are now gone and my Explorer is back on the road running normal.

So on the Contrary…, AM-Autoparts stood behind what they guarantee and I chose them because of the free shipping and crazy low prices for top quality parts, with the understanding that some parts from the Manufacture may be or become defective at any given time just the same as from some other Auto Parts store. I was looking for parts for my Ford Explorer and I found then here at great price. The parts arrived rather quickly. When I opened the box I was very pleased with the packing and the quality of the parts. I took a Saturday afternoon to install them. I noticed that there were no installation steps included, which other places do, but it was ok. The problem came later, when I turned on the car and I had (ABS) light, wrench light and the Assistance driving light all on. Troubleshooting took a some time and money. Found out that one of the sensors of the part was damaged. I kept the original ones, so I will change that. If it wasn't for the uncertainty if the other sensor will go bad, based on the first one damaged, this would be 5 stars.

Second time ordering. Products are A-1 and so are the prices. Would highly recommend to all my friends.

I purchased these for my 2006 Ford Explorer and I have to say AM had the best pricing then anyone else for the pair of these with the Speed control Harnesses. They are easy to install if you have the right tools. Took me about 2 hours to install them. I will definitely look at AM in the future for my auto-parts.
