1) The pair of them was lower than the parts store was selling 1. I did not need a pair specifically but it was a deal so I took it.
2) they offered the best warranty out of all the on-line low price options.
I cannot tell you if they will outlast the warranty but they fit like factory and all my wheel bearing noise is now gone.
