Your model came from the factory with tapered bearings. Tapered bearings are better than roller ball bearings at handling forces exerted on the bearing during cornering (known as axial load) in trucks and large cars. Roller ball bearings work well for smaller cars, but replacing a tapered bearing with a roller ball bearing will result in increased wear and faster failure.

wheel hub bearing assem.
EVERY SENSE THE DAY THEY WHERE PUT ON MY TRUCK HAS PUT OUT A ABS CODE. TOOK IT BACK TO THE PLACE WHERE THEY PUT THEM ON AND NOTHING WRONG WITH ABS. ITS THE SENSORS WHICH ARE NEW THAT CAME WITH THE ASSEMBLY I BOUGHT FROM YOU. JUNK

Rating could prolly be a 4
It could prolly be a 4 BUT. I installed both with minimal trouble and quality of bearing seems to be good.
However my ABS was on after install. So tried to clear it in all the normal ways with no luck. Had to take it and get scanned with ABS reader. I have one but doesnt cover ABS like most of them dont. Found speed sensor bad on one of hubs. They claim all parts are tested but I guess it was this ONE that did not get checked. A little upset because I take my time on work and HATE doing same job twice
