Really, Really Poor Customer Service
So, in addition to sending me a left hand unit instead of a right hand unit as ordered, they have no phone number to contact a human service agent, don't respond to the internet "Question about an order" portal, and when you get on the internet chat function, they pass the buck to the QC department, with the explanation that it will be a couple days before the know anything. Their 10 year bearing only lasted 23,000 miles and less than 3 years. I wasn't even trying to get a warranty replacement...only trying to buy a replacement. BAD EXPERIENCE! Cost me and extra 8 days of down time waiting for resolution.
No marking on parts to identify positioning on vehicle, and packaging part numbers do not match ordering part numbers. Is it any wonder that they can't get the right part in the right box?
