air flow sensor
The air flow sensor went on with no problems. My car is doing the same thing it was doing with the old one, though. After a while of driving the temperature starts to rise and at a stop sign it starts to surge with no engine light on. The temp starts to rise after sitting at a stop light for a while or on a highway parking lot.

AM MAF sensor for 97 E420 Mercedes
I just installed this product in my Mercedes as of Saturday (Two days ago).
The product arrived on the day expressed by AM. The part fit perfectly and so far seems to have eliminated my sensor alerts and challenges related to my old sensor.
There is still one other fault that occurs, which makes the engine idle surge upward at times. I am believing this may correct itself as I drive the vehicle more.
There is a good deal of negativity regarding the quality of after market products, especially as it relates to Mercedes. After a good deal of research I felt AM-Auto Parts carried the most trusted source and quality of AM products.
Although more time is required to be absolutely certain of the quality, I am very pleased so far.
