Great Service
i do want to start this with your service on getting the parts to me is as always great. Unfortunately, and it may have been me, the pads are incorrect. The difference is the front has dual pistons not the rear. In the text between your online communication and myself i checked the rear leading me to believe it is a single piston application. Bought the package because it won't be long before the front is needed.
What is the procedure to return and replace?

Vehicle in question is a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country.

Look, it has a 10 year warranty. So, either they wear(which they will), or they are faulty and under warranty. I start with AM for my parts, if they don’t have them then I go elsewhere
