All in all just cosmetic issues. Does not affect functionality.
It works, and it's very close to the original. Slight differences would be the tactile feedback is better on the original; one of the screws on the original is a small torx (T5 maybe) where as the new one is a larger less flush Phillips head. New one also has a nick on the chrome that you'd get from using a metal prying tool (small flathead would be my guess). All in all just cosmetic. Does not affect functionality.
