Everything was satisfactory aside from the one and only issue I can mention. I originally ordered the black colored handle (as the door handles on my vehicle are all black) and what I received was a quality, CHROME door handle.
As I had already spent roughly a week living life with no handle to open my cars driver door (and unfortunately/thankfully spent a decent amount of time late one evening locked out of my own car thanks to poorly adjusting to life without a door handle) there was NO WAY I was going to wait whatever amount of time to send the chrome part back and wait even longer for the correct, matching black door handle.
I painted the handle before I installed it, so it would at least somewhat match. The amount of frustration and just being completely fed up trying to live life without that door handle was not something I was going to prolong for a small mistake.
I appreciate all the communication, prompt shipping and quality product (regardless of it being total wrong color) that I received. Would be positively chuffed if the company wanted to make it up to me, but not expecting anything. It's a better life with a door handle on my driver door of my vehicle.
