Great product but write diagram wrong.
Product works great now, the wire convert instructions had 2 wires mixed up so had to drop tank again and spend alot of time researching to find it happen to someone else and switched the 2 that were wrong on instructions page they send with it.

01 malibu fuel pump
everything I needed was included and easily installed,pump worked for about 5 seconds and stopped.i was then able to start the car and the pump started right back up.(the first 5 sec was priming)seems to be working properly and smoothly.

Great part, great price.
Well what can I say, i was hesitant about the part because i never heard of the brand and the price was to good to be true. Anyways I took the chance and ordered it. It came before the arrival date which is always nice. The pump comes the same way it shows in the picture. Pulled out the original pump and installed the new one. Im so happy Everything fit perfectly, and the car fired right up. Thanks again AM Auto for having great parts at great prices.

I contacted the manufacturer directly on this by email, but do not know if they got the resolved. I bought this a couple months ago, and found that the power and ground wires we're in fact backwards. I connected the updated pigtail to the vehicle's harness and the pump ran backwards. After investigating, I found the diagram in the box was wrong. I switched the 2 wires and worked perfectly.

IF ANYONE READS THIS REVIEW ON THIS PART NUMBER, I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT THIS GETS FOLLOWED UP ON WITH THE MANUFACTURER. THE ONLY 2 WIRES THAT NEED CORRECTED ON THE DIAGRAM SUPPLIED WITH THIS PUMP IS POWER AND GROUND.
