Buy the OEM if you have Chevy or GMC truck.
If buying for Chevy/GMC truck buy the OEM cylinder with keys. Installed this, had trouble syncing with theft lock system. Worked to release gear shift forward, but will not allow movement into gear other than park. Tried syncing for 2 - 30 minute sessions. Going to disassemble gears to transmission to see if will release. If not, I will be returning for the OEM, as I found out later when researching Chevy sites.
