The original design of these vehicles required the purchase of a new door panel from the dealership when replacing the door handle. This repair kit includes all the specialty installation hardware and tools so you can fix the door handle at a fraction of the cost. You will not have to purchase a new door panel with this kit.

This company is wonderful
I ordered the door handle repair kit for my GMC truck per our mechanics instruction. The part arrived in great condition in a timely fashion. Once the door was taken apart, we discovered we needed a different part for the repair. The customer service with AM provided a prompt refund with excellent communication. I definitely recommend using this company for parts. I certainly will again as well.

The repair kit works really well saves customer hundreds of dollars since u can only get this part by buying complete trim panel.

Driver Front Inner Replacement Handle
The kit for replacement was complete with all the right parts. After a quick review on YouTube all what to do for installation it went very well. Only small glitch that I had to modify was the notch that the pin slips into from the handle. Had to file just a little bit larger to get the pin to snap into place. All looks good and working fine.

Good Price, had trouble
Overall the product has been what I needed. I had trouble attaching the handle, it did not clip into place and I had to file the bracket until it fit into place. I hope that this does not affect it in long term.
