Parts grate delivery time grate U.P.S. delivery update grate .And I read a review someone says use different bolts because thay go on hard use the bolts thay give lock nuts made to not come apart

Change nuts and bolts.
Change out the bolts. The were extremely tight from the first full rotation of the nit. The space is very limited; finger tightening would have been much faster and helpful. That was not possible with all bolts and nut provided.
