Information lacking
This customer experience is to help you and your future customers. I ordered an O2 sensor from you and you sent it. But your shipping materials contain absolutely no information that confirms expectations. But beyond that info lack is my problem example: I need(ed) both upstream sensors for my 01 highlander, but you only had one, the Bank 1 sensor, which I ordered. I had to get the other from a competitor. But here I have two identical boxes, wrapping and parts, with no invoice that tells what they are or what they do. No invoice info. I'm sorry that oxygen sensor very very bad I will never be in order anything sir from you because directly check engine was on and the go bag to the Alton cir doesn't have problem but my customer need to change it and I feel disappointed with this kind of oxygen sensor and I lost something like $67 because I didn't get it back it's completely defective
