My 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited’s master window switch wouldn’t control either passenger side window up function only down. This part is cheap and has one of (if not) the best warranty on the market. Replacing looked simple but the harness length for my Jeep made it difficult to get both plugs in but after some finessing I got it. This replacement doesn’t click into the cover panel as easy as old one but still worked. Overall I’m satisfied and would buy again!

still didnt solve my oriiginal issue before i got pissed and broke the first one. anyone know how to stop a window from rolling back down after it autoglides up?

The site asked what year my vehicle was, 2012 200 Chrysler, never showed me a picture of the back side after I chose my vehicle, and my husband told me to make sure it had two Bigger connections in the back because the picture before hand was showing a large one and a smaller one, I figured since i chose my made year and model it would just match the right part with it. Well instead of getting my 2012 Chrysler 200 window switch they sent me a Chrysler 300 part. Thinking I might have clicked the wrong car myself, i went back to my confirmation email, and it clearly said 2012 Chrysler 200. then how i know it was a part for a Chrysler 300 was because after my part was delivered another email was sent saying how was the part for your Chrysler 300. Also upset because i spent extra $$ for overnight shipping because my window was down and a tropical storm pushing bad stormy weather in my area, i did order on a Holiday so i figured the next day, when i checked the tracking it said it was delayed because the truck arrived late. I can say when i contacted then they said they were going to refund my shipping costs. and when i contacted them about getting the wrong part they were trying to work with me, but i was already fed up and had to go get my part from an auto part store from a couple cities away. they sent a shipping label to return the item as well, some companies make you pay the shipping back costs. I will say returns are easy, but i shouldn't have had to be waiting for the wrong part, i could have drove and got the part if i would have known that. thank you anyways.
