Fit as it should
I like the product a lot. It was an exact fit and is OEM. Can’t even tell it’s a replacement mirror for my F150. Just have to make sure it’s the exact one like I did and order it and pop it in

Good experience all-around
I was apprehensive about ordering the product and installing myself until I watched the YouTube video. The product arrived quickly and was exactly what was needed. Install took about 10 minutes, but only because I had to watch bits of the video as I went along. Saved me a good amount from having a professional install it.

I was very impressed that my original part was sent out, so quickly. However, I received the wrong part. I received the drivers side mirror, instead of the passenger side mirror. I had to drop off the old part at UPS and wait for a replacement. The only problem that I had besides getting the wrong part, was to find out when the new part would be here. No one from your company let me know that they had sent me a replacement part. I didn't know that the part was sent until
I emailed your company on Tuesday. In future you may want to follow up with the customer and let them know that a new part is on its way.
