I sent a message twice asking about this mirror and never got a reply. I was concerned if it was heated or not. I ordered heated and the replacement mirror doesn't have the heat image on it. I went ahead and installed it because my mirror was broken but I was quite disappointed that no one ever replied to me. I would have given a 5 star if someone would of confirmed for me it was heated.
