2004 Dodge Ram mirror

Initially received a mirror that was lacking the power operation and defrost. I sent an email to AM-Autoparts describing the problem as well as pictures of the part and the part number from the box. The mirror I initially received had apparently been packaged incorrectly from the manufacture. AM-Autoparts quickly rectified the problem sending me the correct mirror at no additional charge.
Installation was quick and the fit was perfect. The mirror worked exactly as the OEM and the quality seemed solid. Ten year warranty as well.
Great price and excellent customer service from AM-Autoparts. Will buy from them again.
