Very Happy Customer
I bought mirrors for my truck, and was very happy to receive them the following week. Unfortunately my 16 year old son backed into the truck and destroyed the drivers side mirror before I even got to drive it lol. Quickly ordered a new one. When I opened the box, it was broke during shipping. At this point I was ready to pull my hair out, especially when I got on line and couldn't find an 800 number to call. Only an email address to reply to. I thought that was it, I'm going to have to pay for another! I was surprised at the quick response I received. And was shipped a new mirror at no charge to me. I am very pleased with the service. :)
