However, when I close the Driver side door the mirror itself shakes and rattles. When I go over bumps, it rattles. This does not happen on the passenger side.
Before we buttoned up the door panel we tightened and checked for tightness all the bolts holding the mirror to the door. This is not where it is loose.
The mirror is loose where it attaches to the mirror door mount. You can loosely move the body of the mirror by hand.
Please provide me with the means to fix this very annoying problem.
I would most likely purchase parts from your company as long as they are checked out before they are shipped and you explain to me how to fix this rattling problem.
