It worked
Just installed it 5 days ago. The part seemed to be sturdy and in good condition. It doesn't come with the mounting bolts, so make sure you save them from the old one. Otherwise, installation was easy. I'd never done any car work before; I watched several youtube videos, and replacing the regulator seemed simple enough for me to give it a try. It was worth it. Just make sure you have a 10 mm ratchet WITH an extender (since the bolts to detach the window are a few inches inside the door. (I had all my tools ready, but didn't have a ratchet extender and had to put off the repair until I ordered one.) I'll try to remember to update this review in the future if any problems arise with the regulator. But for now, I'm very happy that I took a chance and did the repair myself. Give it a try! :)
