My check engine light was on.
My car was due to be inspected. I first tried a new gas cap but the light came back on. I installed the new part and cleared the light & got the vehicle inspected. My vehicle had a different style plug but I was able to make it work. There is a adapter for a different style harness but I couldn't find it on their website. All I can say is that the part worked fine!
