Wrong size - badly written website`- customer service is OK if they are your mother...
This review was solicited by AM. I didn't get the part I needed because it was the wrong size and they don't carry the right size. So now I am without the parts, and without the $65 it cost to send it back via UPS (USPS won't ship it...too large). They graciously condescended to not charge me a restocking fee, but chastized me for not being careful about reading the selection I ordered. Low class.

I will say that I would be careful and read the verbose, misleading descriptions which are poorly written before clicking "Pay Now". If I had ordered the right size I still might have gotten it wrong because the description says the parts fit regular body, but down in the bullet points it says it is for a style-side truck. I would add that if their website were written to serve their customers instead of themselves, this transaction may have resulted in a happier experience.

Buyer beware. Only UPS is happy with this transaction.
