Exact Fit, actually better than the original one that was in the impala to begin with. Comes with new connections for transmission cooling lines, but make sure you take off the radiator cushions off the old one.

Stock air box wouldn’t fit and straight out of the box some of the fins were bent. Fit in the factory mounts after I put a cone filter on the mass airflow sensor. A good cheap replacement though
